Abstract

The development of science and technology so rapidly, supported by adequate human resources and quality, are expected to create an information system that can help smooth the process of archiving files and file searches. Information system archiving files and file searches on KPP Pratama Pekanbaru tampan is still conventional in organizing the function data archiving and search employee data has not been doing it with the right target and on time, which in the archiving process employee data had to find a place that is still a bit of the file to save or archiving data. This study has the main goal to be the establishment of an information system that can be used in the filing system and search files, is expected with this system in order to maximize employee jobs in the delivery of information, accuracy and volume of work can be handled more efficiently and effectively.
