Abstact
SD Negeri 164 Pekanbaru is an educational institution having its address at Tuah Karya Village, Tampan District, Pekanbaru city. The school was established on February 2, 2011. From the results of observations carried out at SD Negeri 164 Pekanbaru, in the process it is now using a computer that is specifically using the Microsoft Exel Application in processing its data value. But inputting value data can be done by copying or duplicating student data data, making data that raises data that interferes with the difficulty of obtaining student value data information. With these difficulties, the solution is to build an information system for processing student value data in Pekanbaru 164 Public Elementary School, processing data so that students' grades can be done quickly, accurately, and accurately. So that the processing of value data and the presentation of information can be done effectively and efficiently.
