Abstract

The purpose of processing medical records at the Mental Hospital Handsome is to support the achievement of orderly administration in an effort to achieve the goal of the hospital is improving the quality of health services in hospitals. Delays in medical records impact is not good for the health service to the patient, because the time for the registration process to do medical action becomes long. Besides losing the status of the patient's history to make trouble and impede medical records medical action in treating patients. The purpose of this study to realize rapid and information systems to facilitate the agency in carrying out its duties. Researchers began designing of the Flow of Information Systems (ASI), Context Diagram (CD), Data Flow Digram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), as well as print reports generated. With a system of medical record information, it can improve the service to the patient medical record. However, the need for the development of the system that has been made so that it can function properly.
