Abstract

Inventory system is a system for managing stock inventory. Today many companies have implemented inventory systems to facilitate the management of inventory, such as trading and manufacturing companies. Toko Nicholas Jaya for example a trading business engaged in the sale of daily necessities. Currently, stock data management is still done manually by taking every item in and out into the stock ledger. It is less efficient and effective to see the high flow of exit and entry of goods. In the inventory report inventory admin must open sheet by sheet book of supplies then move into the report document so it takes a very long time. Sometimes the lack of accuracy in recording incoming and outgoing goods causing frequent lost items. Therefore see the problem above hence the importance to apply the application system in inventory data processing at Nicholas Jaya Pekanbaru for the management of stock of goods can be well controlled and the preparation of reports and presentation of information can be done efficiently and effectively so that service and performance can be improved.
